Thank you for your interest in being an attending Vendor at Spellbound in Seattle for 2026 brought to you by one of the co-founders of Books, Gowns, and Crowns, Kodie Dorman!

At Spellbound it is always our goal to connect you with readers in unique and intentional ways. Whether it is through the Bookish Bash, Novel Networking, the Convention, or Panels, our weekends are designed with you and the readers in mind every step of the way!

Spellbound in Seattle will be taking place September 3-6, 2026 at the Hyatt Regency at Lake Washington. It is an absolutely stunning venue, and makes the perfect backdrop for a book convention!

You can look forward to registration for all Industry professionals and guests, followed by our Prologue Party to kick the weekend off! During that party we will be having our Novel Networking, a fun way to connect authors and readers in a quick and fun “Speed Dating” event. We then follow with two days where half of the day will be convention and panels, and the other half will be the evening events such as movie night, and the Bookish Bash, all culminating in a weekend of fun, connection, and bookish besties.

The table fee for Spellbound In Seattle is $275.

-This includes 1 (ONE) table & table cloth to be used during both days of the convention.

-You will also be permitted 1 (ONE) assistant to help you during the convention on both days.

*If you and your assistant would like to have access to the events outside of the convention, as well as receive a swag bag, a discounted ticket will need to be purchased. Information regarding discounted tickets will be sent after your acceptance. The table fee is non-refundable.
