At Spellbound it is always our goal to connect you with readers in unique and intentional ways. Whether it is through the Bookish Bash, Novel Networking, the Convention, or Panels, our weekends are designed with you and the readers in mind every step of the way!

Spellbound in Seattle will be taking place September 3-6, 2026 at the Hyatt Regency Lake Washington. It is an absolutely stunning venue, and makes the perfect backdrop for a book convention!

You can look forward to registration for both authors and guests, followed by our Prologue Party to kick the weekend off! During that party we will be having our Novel Networking, a fun way to connect authors and readers in a quick and fun “Speed Dating” event where authors get a short window to pitch their books to a large number of guests. We then follow with two days where half of the day will be convention and panels, and the other half will be our evening events such as movie night, and the Bookish Bash, all culminating in a weekend of fun, connection, and new readers.

The table fee for Spellbound In Seattle is $275. This includes

-1 (ONE) table & table cloth

-an Author Swag Bag

-Admittance into all events sponsored by Spellbound.

-You will also be permitted 1 (ONE) assistant to help you during the convention on both days.

*If you would like your assistant to have access to the other events, as well as receive a swag bag, a discounted Assistant Ticket will need to be purchased. Information regarding Assistant Tickets will be sent after your acceptance. The table fee is non-refundable.
