Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a ticket has been purchased. Please ensure that you are able to attend Spellbound In Seattle before purchasing your ticket. In the event that the event is canceled or rescheduled, you will be notified, and your ticket may be eligible for a refund or exchange subject to the circumstances of the cancellation or rescheduling of the event.

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these terms.

Exceptions: There are no exceptions to our refund policy.

Customer Support: If you experience issues receiving your ticket, please contact our support team at spellboundinseattle@gmail.com or through the Contact Us Form on our website. We will make every effort to assist you with resolving any technical difficulties. Please note we are a small team and it may take us longer than normal to respond or resolve your issue.

Ticket Resale Policy

Resale Pricing Policy: Please note that reselling purchased tickets is only permitted at face value or for a price lower than the original purchase cost.

Selling at a Loss: If you choose to sell your ticket for a price lower than your original purchase cost, the event is not responsible for any financial loss. Please ensure that you are comfortable with the price at which you are reselling your ticket.

Resale Process: A resale thread will be posted and pinned in our official Facebook Group. This thread will serve as a marketplace for ticket resales. Please visit the link above or at the bottom of this page to join the Facebook group. Once you are a member, locate the pinned resale thread where you can post your ticket for sale.

Ticket Transfer: Once a resale has occurred, please fill out the Ticket Transfer Form. We will assist with updating the ticket holder’s information to ensure a smooth transition.

Secure Transactions: For your security, we recommend using secure purchasing services, such as PayPal Goods and Services, when buying or selling tickets. This ensures both buyer and seller protection during the transaction.

We encourage all ticket holders to participate in the resale thread if you need to resell your ticket in order to connect with people who are buying and selling tickets. This system helps maintain transparency and ensures that tickets are transferred safely and securely.
