Why Our Author, Vendor & Influencer Applications Are Still Open

At Spellbound In Seattle, we’re building something dynamic, exciting, and ever-evolving this means our lineup of authors, vendors, and influencers is, too. Due to the fluid nature of our event planning and attendance and our event being a little over a year away, we’ve chosen to keep our applications open on a rolling basis for the time being.

What does that mean for you?
It means there’s no single deadline or cutoff date to apply for right now and when we do decide to close them there will be an announcement on our socials and a here. Instead, we review applications regularly and extend invitations as spots become available or as our event needs shift. Our goal is to build a balanced and engaging experience for attendees, and sometimes that means adjusting our lineup as we go.

Whether you’re an author with a new release, a vendor with a unique offering, or an influencer looking to connect with a passionate reader base we want to hear from you! Rolling applications give us the flexibility to discover new voices and faces throughout the planning process.

Don’t worry! It doesn’t mean we’ve passed on your application. Since we accept and review submissions on a rolling basis, some responses take longer depending on timing, availability, and how our event continues to evolve. Every application is reviewed with care, and we appreciate that you want to be a part of our event! We are grateful for your patience while we work behind the scenes to shape an experience that benefits everyone involved.
