September 3, 2026
– We will be kicking off the weekend with registration! This will be for all Saga and Trilogy Pass Holders where you will get your swag bags and badges.
-There will be one panel with some of our sponsoring authors
– End the evening with our Prologue Party for our Saga Pass Holders. Come enjoy a more intimate evening with all of our authors. We will cap off the Prologue Party with our Novel Networking, an opportunity for you to get up close to authors while they tell you about their books and the worlds they’ve created! Cosplay is highly encouraged for this event!
*Anyone dressed in Cosplay will get a raffle ticket at the door. We will do a drawing during the party for one lucky winner!
Friday
September 4, 2026
– The Convention kicks off Friday morning and will run through the afternoon. The Saga Pass Holders will get an hour of shopping prior to the full convention opening. Get your rolling carts ready to walk around and have your books signed. Check out artists, and all of the bookish merch available for sale! Most authors will have stock of their books available to purchase at their tables, however we will also have a bookseller on site for those who do not!
*Please note, there will be an early access ADA shopping window prior to the full convention start both days.
– Following the convention we will head into the Panels where you can hear from your favorite authors and influencers. You’ll be sure to learn all about their books and processes while laughing your heart out! There will be two rounds of panels, with multiple panels happening at the same time throughout the hotel.
– It’s time to get dressed down in your coziest pajamas and join us for a Movie Night! Bring a blanket to snuggle up on the floor, or sit at one of the tables in the back.
*Light snacks will be available. You are allowed to bring in snacks from the marketplace downstairs
